## Boundaries

The gateway stores no principal identity or message content in application code, sends no unsolicited messages, performs no external writes, and has no connection to GB10, C1, E2B, models, queues, rosters, capacity, or protected runtime. It does not admit production work or promise production reputation. Public source labels, platform totals, and generator reach cannot override stricter receipt provenance. The business floor is at least ten successful verified principals per valve per UTC day with no business maximum; any distinct safety capacity ceiling controls pending load, not successful outcomes.
